India may have lost the Test series against South Africa 0-2 on Wednesday but three of their players Virat Kohli, Cheteshwar Pujara and Ravichandran Ashwin have been voted in the ICC Men’s Test XI of 2017.

Also three Indians, Rohit Sharma, Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah have been voted in the ICC One Day International (ODI) XI of 2017.

Kohli has been appointed captain of both the Test and ODI XIs.

But wait there is more good news for Kohli fans. He has won Sir Garry Sobers Trophy for ICC Men’s Cricketer of the Year. He has been also voted Men’s ODI Cricketer of the Year.

More laurel for India: The best T20International (T20I) performance of 2017 has gone to India’s leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal. His 6 for 25 at Bangalore in January 2017 sent England crashing from 2-113 to 127 all out.

Australia’s Ashes winning captain Steve Smith was voted Men’s Test Cricketer of the Year.
