Register for 10-Day March 2017 Vipassana Meditation course in Hindi

Vipassana 1

Sydney based Old Students of Vipassana Meditation bring you an opportunity to learn India’s most ancient technique of meditation discovered by Gautam Buddh.   Vipassana Meditation teaches you to directly experience yourself things as they “really are” and not as they “appear to be”. Vipassana Meditation makes you realise the “true source of suffering” and the way to free yourself from it

This non-sectarian technique is a way of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body, which can be experienced directly by disciplined attention to the physical sensations that form the life of the body, and that continuously interconnect and condition the deep subconscious mind. It is this observation-based, self-exploratory journey to the common root of mind and body that dissolves mental impurity, resulting in a balanced mind full of love and compassion

Vipassana 5

In Sydney this technique is taught at ten-day residential courses held at Blackheath. VMC Trust has graciously agreed to make 10 day course starting on 15th March 2017 as a bilingual Hindi & English course where instructions and teachings will be in Hindi and English. We will endeavour to serve Indian food during the course to make it easy for you. Course will have Hindi speaking Managers to ensure you don’t experience any language barriers
